Application

Agarose with Low electroendosmosis (EEO) is recommended for most DNA/RNA applications. If separated nucleic acids are to be used as substrates for enzymes (e.g., ligase and restriction endonucleases), a special highly purified Agarose such as Agarose NA should be used.For preparative work, an Agarose with Low gelling temperature should be used. Agarose Prep has Low melting and gelling points.
